All projects begin with a complete analysis and creation of a scope of work.
No payment will be refunded once the client approves mockup designs and we move into the development phase of the project.
As there is time spent to achieve every milestone and complete every module, a refund is not possible for work already completed.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to the respective department of DIGIENTER. You may submit your cancellation requests by email, fax and/or direct mail or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The affirmation email or number given by the accounts department of DIGIENTER will act as proof of the cancellation of service.
